Q: What if the Fulani earrings or bracelets don’t work well for me, is it possible to return them for a refund or exchange?
A: Yes. Simply contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-877-394-9475 so we can assist you. Unused items (in the same condition as you received it) in its original packaging may be returned for a refund within 7 business days of receipt or exchanged within 14 business days of receipt. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returns shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs for exchanges shall be covered by Fulaba for orders originating in the US and Canada.
Q: How do you care for Fulaba jewelry?
A: To care for your Fulaba jewelry, simply do not expose it to water unless you’re cleaning them. When you’re not wearing them keep them in the satin purple pouch to prevent them from getting dirty. To clean, use warm water, a toxic-free jewelry cleaner and a soft toothbrush. You can also use a rouge cloth or any fine jewelry polishing cloth for jewelry by Fulaba to keep it shining bright. We pride ourselves on using high quality precious metals for jewelry that is made to last with proper care.
Q: Can I find Fulaba jewelry in stores?
A: No, not at the moment but do check back as we are actively working to get our jewelry into select stores.
Q: Do you ship globally?
A: Yes, but only to Western Europe. Currently we ship to the United States, Canada, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, The Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain and the United Kingdom. We will be adding additional countries for international shipping soon.
