Unused items (in the same condition as you received it) in its original packaging may be returned for a refund within 7 business days of receipt or exchanged within 14 business days of receipt. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returns shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. When you&#8217;re not wearing them keep them in the satin purple pouch to prevent them from getting dirty. To clean, use warm water, a toxic-free jewelry cleaner and a soft toothbrush. You can also use a rouge cloth or any fine jewelry polishing cloth for jewelry by Fulaba to keep it shining bright.
